Established in 1991 by Matt Sheppard and family, Virtual Joinery started by creating components for coffins and caskets. They have since, with the help of Biesse machines, moved in to supplying wholesale kitchens, shopfitting and joinery.
Virtual Joinery purchased their first Biesse machine in 2004, a Rover B CNC machine, which worked seamlessly for 18 years. Recently they installed a K2 Winstore which feeds in to a Rover A machine, giving Virtual Joinery great ability to manage different sheet sizes. Their Stream A edgebander with airforce technology allows Virtual Joinery to put a paintable tape with a zero join.
